This immersive experience invites you to move beyond limiting beliefs, outdated stories, and the patterns that may have kept you feeling stuck, disconnected, or held back.
Through dynamic breathwork, immersive 9D soundscapes, guided visualisation, and somatic release techniques, you’ll be supported in letting go of what no longer serves you and creating space for greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust. This journey encourages deep emotional release while helping you reconnect with feelings of courage, acceptance, gratitude, and inner freedom.
As you move through the experience, you may uncover old patterns, release stored tension, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the life you wish to create. Awakening is about returning to your own truth, stepping into your personal power, and reconnecting with a sense of purpose, possibility, and authentic living.
This is an activating journey and may include stronger breathing patterns and emotional release techniques. You are always encouraged to honour your body, move at your own pace, and take what you need from the experience.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary. You will be fully guided throughout the session. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and arrive with an open mind and heart. Yoga mats, blankets, and props will be provided.

Join Marcus, Cecily, and friends for an evening of Kirtan — a beautiful practice of music, mantra, connection, and community.
Kirtan is a traditional Bhakti Yoga practice that involves call-and-response chanting of sacred mantras. Through voice, rhythm, and repetition, we create space to quiet the mind, soften the heart, and connect more deeply with ourselves and those around us.
You don't need a beautiful singing voice, any experience, or even to know the words. You are welcome to sing, listen, meditate, or simply rest in the collective vibration. There is no right or wrong way to participate.
Many people leave Kirtan feeling lighter, calmer, more connected, and deeply nourished. Whether you are completely new to Kirtan or have experienced its magic before, we invite you to join us for an evening of sacred sound, stillness, and heartfelt connection.
Anahata Rose Sound bath
Anahata Rose – Sound Bath Experience
A heart-centred afternoon of breath, intention, tea and sound.
Inspired by the energy of the Anahata (Heart) Chakra, this special gathering is designed to help you soften, open and reconnect with yourself through a gentle and nurturing experience.
We begin with guided breathwork and heart meditation to calm the nervous system and create space within. You'll then be invited to set a personal intention or affirmation while enjoying a warm cup of Tulsi Rose Tea.
From there, you'll settle into a deeply restorative sound bath journey, allowing the vibrations of crystal and Himalayan bowls to guide you into a state of relaxation, reflection and inner connection.
We conclude with a short mantra practice, oracle guidance and sharing circle before receiving a beautiful Ayurvedic Rose Face Steam gift to continue your self-care ritual at home.

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath – Ivanhoe, Melbourne
Join us at The Pause Club in Ivanhoe for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga and Sound Bath experience in Melbourne, designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support deep relaxation.
This session begins with 30 minutes of gentle Yin Yoga, focusing on long-held, floor-based postures that target the connective tissues, improve flexibility, and help the body unwind from stress.
As the practice unfolds, a live sound bath meditation will be introduced halfway through the Yin sequence. The soothing sounds gently blend with the movement, creating a seamless transition from mindful stretching into stillness.
The session then moves into guided breathwork and Savasana, where the sound deepens into a 45–60 minute immersive sound healing experience, using vibration and frequency to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and full-body relaxation.

Join us for an afternoon of sound, stillness, and cacao at The Pause Club. This session begins with an immersive sound bath, where layers of sound and vibration help the body soften, the nervous system unwind, and the mind settle into quiet. As the session comes to a close, we will share a gentle cacao ceremony, offering a moment to reconnect, ground, and ease back into the space. Afterwards, you are welcome to stay for tea and light treats, enjoying a relaxed and simple moment of connection with the community. Just come as you are.
