Kirtan at The Pause Club

Some of the biggest moments of clarity and inspiration in my own life have come after Kirtan. There is something truly special about gathering in community, sharing our voices, and allowing ourselves to be carried by the vibration of sacred sound.

Join Marcus, Cecily, and friends for an evening of Kirtan — a beautiful practice of music, mantra, connection, and community.

Kirtan is a traditional Bhakti Yoga practice that involves call-and-response chanting of sacred mantras. Through voice, rhythm, and repetition, we create space to quiet the mind, soften the heart, and connect more deeply with ourselves and those around us.

You don't need a beautiful singing voice, any experience, or even to know the words. You are welcome to sing, listen, meditate, or simply rest in the collective vibration. There is no right or wrong way to participate.

Many people leave Kirtan feeling lighter, calmer, more connected, and deeply nourished. Whether you are completely new to Kirtan or have experienced its magic before, we invite you to join us for an evening of sacred sound, stillness, and heartfelt connection.
