A 6-Week Beginner Yoga Journey

Have you always wanted to try yoga but didn't know where to start?

The Pause Club Foundations is a 6-week course designed specifically for beginners. Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning after some time away, this course will help you build confidence, understand the foundations of yoga, and develop a practice that feels supportive and sustainable.

Over six weekly sessions, you'll learn the essential yoga poses, breathing techniques, alignment principles, and how to move safely and confidently in your own body. Each class builds on the previous week, giving you the opportunity to learn progressively alongside the same small group.

Throughout the course, you'll gain a deeper understanding of movement, breath and body awareness while discovering how yoga can support your everyday wellbeing—both on and off the mat.

As part of your enrolment, you'll also enjoy unlimited access to all regular yoga classes at The Pause Club throughout the six-week course, allowing you to reinforce what you've learned and establish a consistent practice.

  • Missed sessions cannot be carried forward.

  • Unlimited yoga access is valid for the duration of the six-week course only.
